Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the transfer and tour services provided by Sosúa Taxi Premium ("we", "us"). By booking with us you agree to the terms below. Last updated: July 2026.

Bookings and confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. Please review your pickup date, time, location and destination carefully.

Prices and payment

Transfer prices are quoted per vehicle and tour prices per person, in US dollars (USD). Prices include the vehicle, driver and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made online by card or PayPal, or in cash (USD or DOP) at the time of service.

Cancellations and refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged up to 50%. No-shows are charged in full. Refunds for prepaid services are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Changes and delays

We monitor flight and cruise arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly, at no extra charge for airline or cruise delays. If you need to change your booking, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate contact and travel details, be ready at the agreed pickup time, and travel with valid documentation. Seat belts must be worn at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe or abusive behavior.

Liability

We provide our services with due care and hold the appropriate insurance. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, or third-party actions.
